No, even though rotation does not expend any distance while a unit is maneuvering, it must be capable of maneuvering to rotate. Units in a Direct Fire Phase should retain their directional orientation from their previous Maneuver activation (unless they entered the Battlespace on the current turn).

Any positive or negative modifier, such as those from Intervention or Special Intervention Cards, are distributed amongst the dice by the unit’s player after rolling (Phase Line pg 19).

The unit remains staggered rather than being killed.

The non-active player has full authority to declare an Immediate Action at any spatial point in the active unit’s activation when it is in LOS of a unit capable of attacking with an Immediate Action. Immediate Actions will always take place before any actions taken by the active player (attacking, detonating s-vest, glinting, etc.) (Core Rules pg 37).

This is determined solely by the order in which players declare that they will be using Intervention Cards. If players declare simultaneously, roll off 1D10; the higher rolling player plays their Intervention Card first.

When the Intervention Card Full Send is used in conjunction with an attribute permitting multiple attacks to be rolled simultaneously, it must be played before any single attack roll in the salvo, activates if that attack roll misses, and only permits rerolling the selected roll.

The EVOLYS, PKM, and LAMG can only attack multiple times with Save the Last Bullet if the death occurs in the Direct Fire Phase. Maneuver Phase attacks (excepting Immediate Actions, which this is not) are always a single attack roll.

Windows are mechanically identical to waist-high cover terrain. All of the windows in Echelon-produced structures are too narrow to be surmounted while maneuvering due to units’ 1" bases, but windows with an aperture greater than or equal to 1" in custom terrain can be.

In some cases, obstructions on the Battlespace may be removed or altered during play. This usually takes place in the Maneuver Phase but very rarely can happen in the Direct Fire Phase via some unit attributes and Intervention Cards.

Changes to terrain layout caused by events in the Direct Fire Phase do not immediately alter eligibility for Direct Fire activations. Throughout the Direct Fire Phase, use the Battlespace’s state at the beginning of the Phase for LOS resolution.
